When we have seen errant font rendering of menu items in the past, related to GPU and driver combination, and support of OpenGL. What Whndows build, and GPU/driver combination is in use?

Please, post text from the Summary and Components -> Display panels of a msinfo32.exe session.

Also, if you disable OpenGL rendering, and Hardware Acceleration does that change menu label rendering?

Hi,

what exactly do you need? And where can I find it in Windows 10 Pro?

But, I think it is unlikely that Windows causes the issue:

1. All other menu items are correctly displayed in 6.2.0.0 beta1
2. All above menu items are correctly displayed in LO 6.1.3

(In reply to milupo from comment #4)

1. new notepad scratch text
2. Win + R
3. msinfo32.exe
4. System Summary panel -> copy paste to scratch text ("OS Name" to "Installed Physical Memory (RAM)")
5. move to Components panel
6. move to Display panel -> copy paste to scratch text ("Name" to "Driver")
7. launch LibreOffice
8. move to Help menu -> About LibreOffice
9. copy paste to scratch text (4 lines of text "Version ... Calc:CL")
10. save the scratch text
11. attach to this BZ issue with Add attachment

Thanks. So while old, that Q45/Q43 GMA X4500 graphics chipset -- E5200 CPU Intel hardware should be OK. No OpenGL of course.

The 8.15.10.2702 driver WDDM Windows 7 driver that was picked up with the Windows 10 install should probably be updated.

The Intel 15.17.19.64.2869 Windows 7 driver from the .zip package [1] would be my suggestion. Use a "have disk" update and point to the unzipped package.

Not clear if the 15.22.58.64.2993 would behave correctly on the Q45/Q43--but you could try that and roll back if unstable.

Hi V Stuart Foote,

thank you for your help.

The issue is resolved, it was an "old heritage" in the user profile. In fact, I have already had this issue earlier. I renamed the user profile, LO created a new one and so LO displays all menu items correctly now.

This bug can be marked as resolved.
