bubbles looks different after reopen

1. Open the attachment
2. Select for example A1:D3 or A1:F5 and create a Bubble Chart
3. Save and close
4. Reopen the file

Actual Result:
The Charts looks different as before

I think the problem occurred if the cols and rows have names and the column number is odd

The column names aren't needed. Start with A2 produce the same.

I reproduce with LO 6.3+.
But can you please explain the first chart we get, what are c2 and what c3 points. 
What's the point in selecting column A when bubble is normally X, Y and Size/Value?
