Description:
Attempting to run LibreOffice 6.0.7 or 5.4.7.2 normally is never successful.  It will open in Safe Mode, but using any of the options (including "Reset to factory settings") has no impact.  On the install of 5.4.7.2, I used the option to run at start up with no luck.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice

Actual Results:
Either a blank LibreOffice window is displayed or the splash screen is displayed.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice actually opens and runs.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
