Description:
When the attached document is opene in LO the text inside the shape loses its rotation and resizes the shape accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open the attached document in LO and MSO.
    2. Notice the changes in LO.

Actual Results:
The text is not rotated and the shape got resized.

Expected Results:
The text keeps its rotation and the shape its size.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Indeed the rotation is fine. In current master only the text box size is larger than expected.

The remaining part here looks to be the same case as on this attachment: 
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=127825#c4

I can't find one specifically for that, but bug #117921 might be diverted, since it has a good example file.

Also bug #126001 and bug #125918 seem to be much better after #127825 (just checked with bibisect-win64-6.4)
