Description:
FILEOPEN | DOCX, Arrow changes into rectangle when opened in LO.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open the attached document in LO and MSO.
    2. Notice the changes.

Actual Results:
The arrow is a rectangle text frame in LO.

Expected Results:
It should stay as an arrow drawing object.


Reproducible: Always
