Description:
I set a field for grouping and put it in the group header in the report design.
I want to repeat the group title (field value) on all pages, then I marked "repeat section"
What happens is that the report replays the first field value throughout the report. It does not change the group header when the field value changes.
If I do not check "repeat section", it changes correctly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a field for grouping 
2. Put it in the group header in the report design.
3. In properties, mark "repeat section"
4. Execute the report

Actual Results:
the chosen field for grouping does not change throughout the report. If you do not select "repeat section", it changes correctly.


Expected Results:
Change in the report when changes the value
