Description: Apple store asks for Apple ID every time there is a new LibreOffice Vanilla update. I don't need to do that to update my OS or any other app. I am the same person on the same MacBook Pro. How do I fix this? Steps to Reproduce: 1. First, the Apple Store icon shows a number indicating how many updates are waiting to be downloaded. 2. Click the Apple Store icon, and Updates tab, then select LibreOffice update. 3. Actual Results: Dialog box appears asking user to enter Apple ID. Will not download update without it. Expected Results: For all other SW updates from Apple Store, download and installation occurs automatically after selecting the desired update. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info:
I can't reproduce this with macOS 10.14.2. Version: 6.1.5.2 Build ID: 58e0e071d7c00adb42c1e9bb7487819bb94fe854 Threads CPU : 8; OS : Mac OS X 10.14.2; UI Render : par défaut; Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded Just seems to get updated automatically, as with my other appstore apps.
According to the list of latest updates, my version of LOVanilla was updated automatically on Feb 15th, 2019.

The last time there was a LibreOffice update, I was again asked for my Apple ID, so I didn't bother. Some days later, I believe after a reboot, I clicked on the update again; this time it went through without demanding an Apple ID.

Anyway, you said you didn't reproduce it it last time you tried. Let's close it for the time being. Feel free to reopen it if you reproduce it again
