Description:
all my conditional format appears as "Default" after the document reopened . 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose a cell and open the conditional formatting dialog
2.add a condition style, such as:[Cell value is] [equals to] [1] Apply Style [Good] 
3.save the document and close it.
4.reopen the document and select the cell that chosen in step 1, and open the conditional formatting dialog.
5.you can the conditional style applaied is changed to be [Default]

Actual Results:
conditional style applaied is changed to be [Default]

Expected Results:
conditional style should be the value as saved.


Reproducible: Always

Office Open XML SpreadSheet
But when I just confirm this once again, everything is going well, the bug never rise again.
I am trying to find out the condition that rise this.
