Hi Pascal, which exact operating system is this about?

Does https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=78765 help?

Hi Andre,

I tried the proposed solution, but I can not execute I have a message informing me that the package does not exist. Anyway I was trying to install the same version of OoO.
My version of Win 10 is 1809 (operating system version 17763.316). I already need a repair of Win 10

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
If it's still failing, please provide the installation log as explained here -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq/General/General_Installation_Issues_(Windows)
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
