Description:

change in column width.

Steps to Reproduce:

Video is not clear to me. 
Please write steps and attach minimal screencast (you can use Camstudio) with a single wrong and right behavior and comments.

I can't say if you select the column line wrong (with double click?) or there's some wrong LO border behavior. 
I cannot confirm. 
Let's see if someone else reproduces. If not, this will be closed as NotABug.

I think I can reproduce it, but I don't think it's a bug. You drag and drop text to the cell. It's reproducible when the text is hyperlink.

Based on previous comment, I'll close. 
If you think this *is* a bug that should be fixed by changing LO behavior, please write exact steps to reproduce and experienced and expected results. 
Only then you should set back to Unconfirmed.
