Thank you for reporting the bug. If I try to paste, a dialog box appears as:

The page size of the target document is different than the source document.
Do you want to scale the copied objects to fit the new page size?

If I click on Yes, it takes 4-5 seconds to paste

If I click on No, it takes 8-9 seconds to paste

In both cases to long IMHO
Comment 5 Xisco Faulí 2019-04-09 11:59:06 UTC
It's less than one second in

on a VM running in a 7 years old computer...

Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
Comment 6 Buovjaga 2019-04-09 19:46:07 UTC
I repro, but not with a master build. Please try with a fresher build.

Btw. bibisect research was unfruitful: problem not yet in last commit of win32-5.1, but already in the first of 5.2.
Comment 7 Telesto 2019-04-10 09:48:54 UTC
I still repro:

BTW, what's is happened between win32-5.1 and 5.2. I encountered few more of those PERF related 'in betweens'.. in that area.. Compiler bump?

That build seems to be one month old. I would consider it master anymore...

It was master at the time when tested.. comment 7 is a month old ;-)
