Description:
Turn on Hight Contrast on Windows, go to LibreOffice Writer, the colours of
document background, text, etc. don't correspond with the Hight Contrast
setting on Windows.

For your information, the colours of document background, text, etc. in
SoftMaker FreeOffice TextMaker change according to the High Contrast setting.

Since LibreOffice is related to Apache OpenOffice Writer, colours of document
background, text, etc. in Apache OpenOffice Writer do change with the High
Contrast setting. However, when I highlight some words (not just selecting text
with the mouse, but highlighting text with a particular colour and saving the
document), the colour of the highlighted words stays as white so the
highlighting renders the highlighted words unreadble.

What I can see, that the menu toolbar doesn't work. I also confirm, that the document background is still white. But I'm not sure, if this is an expected behaviour.

I changed componend to UI, because it effects not only writer but also other components.
