Description Nicolas Christener 2019-03-27 13:55:30 UTC
Description:
Closing a document while a tunneled dialig is shown leads to a crash of the app.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a writer document in the iOS App
2. Open a dialog such as the one to format a paragraph style (in english probably something like "edit > paragraph style..." - in German it is "Bearbeiten > Absatzvorlage barbeiten...")
3. Close the document through "File > close document" ("Datei > Dokumen schliessen" in German)

Actual Results:
The iOS app crashes

Expected Results:
The apps should not crash

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

This is related to #122544.

Menu entry "close document" triggers the crash
Comment 2 Andras Timar 2019-03-30 16:53:31 UTC
reproducible with iOS app version 0.1(27)
Comment 3 How can I remove my account? 2019-04-05 14:22:16 UTC
Would removing the "File > Close document" menu entry be an acceptable fix? Like in bug #122544, it is hard to fix the actual problem, so I would much prefer to just prevent the bug from occurring instead. Also, the "Close document" menu entry is superfluous when there is the big button on the toolbar to close the document.
Comment 4 Nicolas Christener 2019-04-23 09:30:21 UTC
Sure, removing the "File > Close document" menu entry is fine for me. But it should still be possible to actually close the document in other situation.
Comment 5 Nicolas Christener 2019-12-13 16:46:51 UTC
"File > Close document" is not present in 4.2 (25) anymore.

This issue can thus be fixed.

Thanks to the Collabora team and especially to Tor for taking care of this!
