Description:
Opening the WriterGuideLO.odt manual is slower in 6.3 compared to 4.4.7.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download https://documentation.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/Documentation/en/WG6.0/WG60-WriterGuideLO.odt
2. Open Writer & Enable Automatic Spell check
3. Open the activity monitor
3. Open the file. File opening & spellchecker are noticeable faster in 4.4.7.2

Actual Results:
Until file open: 22 seconds (manual count) 10 second with 4.4.7.2
Spell checker processing 10 seconds with 4.4.7.2 25 with 6.3.0.0 (idle stuff works different.. so maybe not a full check at once on open; but for every page when scrolling?

Expected Results:
Fast file opening.. and less process intense spell checking?

Opening time looks like same for me with 4.4.7 and master on Windows.
