Description:
Anytime I have to get into LibreOffice (the newest version as of April 2019) it will stop responding or take over 5 minutes to load up> for a very good program it really Sucks!!!  one time I freaked out when I saw every Document I wrote turned into GIBBERISH!! It took me hours to get everything back. this is the worst writing program I ever had and wished my son never suggested me to get it 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. deleted a reinstalled it
2. deleted again and reinstalled a younger version
3.

Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
keeps not responding to anything. even when i try to add a new word in the dictionary it will "Stop Responding" every time

ANd please give us more clear steps for repro your problem

Reinstall doesn't modify the user profile.

Please test through Menu/Help/Restart in Safe mode
