Description Christian 2019-04-16 20:22:19 UTC
Description:
The PPTX Export is pretty useless in this case as the result is completely dfferent.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open tc2.odp Testcase
2.Save in PPTX format
3.Open in MS Power Point

Actual Results:
The Blue box is missing
Some text shows up in the lower right corner that does not exist in the original
a Line on the top shows up that does not exis in the original ODP.

Expected Results:
The Appearance should be the same or only slightly different. In this case something with the slide masters seem to screw up.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Christian: you are describing three different issues. Please create separate reports for the other two and change the summary of this one to match what you want.

In your new reports, you can just say attachment 150803 [details] - you don't have to upload it again.

How was this document created?

It has two group objects on the master page with attribute "drawooo:display="printer". I find no way in the UI to get access to these group objects.

Set LO to save in "ODF 1.2" so that all private attributes are removed and then save the document under a new name. Reopen this new document and you will see these group objects. You see it too, if you look at the preview in the print dialog. There is no need for separate issues. It is all about these group objects.

To solve the problem in PowerPoint, open its selection pane and switch to master view. Select the topmost "master" in the left pane. Then you will see the groups in the selection pane. Click on the eye to make it invisible. PowerPoint has no option "print only", but "not visible" means "not printable" too. So the fact, that you see the groups in PowerPoint is a missing feature of PowerPoint. Or alternatively sent the group objects to back, so that they do not hide the other object on the master slide.
