Description NISZ LibreOffice Team 2019-04-17 09:40:46 UTC
Description:
The footer of this document is at the bottom of the page in Microsoft Word, but not in LibreOffice Writer, making the available text area inside the margins smaller. The other issue with this document (new, empty paragraph appears in the footer) is dealt with in a different bugreport.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open attachment #124785 [details] in LibreOffice Writer and Microsoft Word.
    2. Compare the two side by side.

Actual Results:
The footer is at the bottom in Microsoft Word, but not in LibreOffice Writer.

Expected Results:
The footer should be positioned exactly like in Microsoft Word.

Reproducible: Always

I assume, step 1 should be "Open attachment from bug 124785"

LibreOffice and MSO have different default height for the footer, that's why the footer in the document looks different.

No need to reopen this, the main problem is covered in bug #124785 well enough, this was just a consequence of that.
