Test system is the TDF nextcoloud server using 
LOOLWSD
6.1.3
LOKit
LibreOffice 6.1.5.1 (git hash: 10(Buil)

To recreate:

1 Open a browser in incognito mode.

3 Open this read only link to an ODT file

4 Scroll to page 4

Result 
Most of the code examples will show wavy read lines because of the spell checker

Expected
The spell checker is disabled.
