Description: Lag during opening of libreoffice on windows timed it at 7 minutes and 20 seconds to open on Version: 6.2.3.2 (x64). Despite un-install and install process same problem occurs.. not sure if it caused by Add ons.. Actual Results: Install Version: 6.2.3.2 (x64) on windows 10 Expected Results: lagging start of libreoffice Version: 6.2.3.2 (x64) Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info:

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
Just to be sure it's not a dup of tdf#125489, is it a pc from a company where you log on Windows with an Active Directory user?
