Currently, you are only able to specify 3 digits of precision in an object position and size. It would be nice to have this increased to include more digits of precision. Long story: I am attempting to use Draw for simple room layouts. Due to the limitation in page size and maximum number of inches, I have to shift decimal places to scale down to the page size. This works for rough measures, but when I need fractions, the decimal shift causes loss of precision. I see 3 possible solutions here, there may be others. 1: Increase decimal precision. 2: Allow much larger page sizes. 3: Allow the user to specify page units of measure (inch, feet, etc) and scale.
Correction: only 2 digits of decimal precision.

Thank you for the direction. I would face palm, but a "General" category hidden under Tools-->Options is not discoverable/intuitive UX. I would expect this under Page tab/menu. Also, currently this setting applies to all documents and does not save with the document. I will enhance my enhancement request :) . Please move/copy the Scale and Unit of measure to the Page tab / menu and (optionally) save these settings with the document. Probably do the same with the grid settings.
(In reply to Stanley Sufficool from comment #3) > Also, currently this setting applies to all documents and does not save with the document. It is per-document, and is saved with document. It is not per-page though. Possibly that's why it's not in the Page settings (although we don't support multiple page formats per Draw document, it's not a format limitation, and could be finally changed; it's interesting what about the setting). Anyway, the discoverability of the setting is a valid point. Setting to NEW.
Thank you for your consideration of this suggestion. As for as my errant conclusion on the scale and units being global: I had two Draw documents open and when I modified the scale of one, the second document scale settings reflected the first document setting, so I concluded the setting was global and not per document.
