Set as regression

I checked in

Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: 5b168b3fa568e48e795234dc5fa454bf24c9805e
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.15; UI Render: default;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8)

and it doesn't remember the size either. I don't think it's a regression

Indeed, in 6.1 and 6.3 too it does not remember its size, but the default size is more practical.

What do you mean by 'more practical' ?
Removing regression keyword

I mean the dialog does not take the whole height of the screen, you see the bottom of the dialog and are sure that you see the entire dialog.

The root problem was that the character dialog took the whole height of the window. This problem is now fixed (don't know when) and the ability to remember the size of the dialog is not very important anymore.
So closing as WorksForMe.
