Description:
Crash when doing a file reload after recovery

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 134755 [details]
2. CTRL+A & CTRL+C in header 
3. CTRL+N
4. CTRL+V 2x
5. CTRL+A
6. CTRL+X
7. CTRL+V
8. CTRL+Z CTRL+Z -> Crash
9. Start the recovery
10. Selected the recovery invoice.odt document
11. File - Reload -> Crash

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash


Reproducible: Always

FWI: The second document (the new one) needs to have the '3/4 circle image'. I had a few instances where this didn't happen. [Maybe because auto-recovery didn't catch up]
