Description: Using LO with english UI and german locale settings (measurement units etc.), native dialogs are displayed correctly in english. Operating system dialogs, e.g. Open File, are displayed in german. Steps to Reproduce: (1) Open Preferences / Language Settings / Languages (2) Select "Default - English (USA)" for User Interface (3) Select "German (Germany)" or something else different from "English (USA)" as Locale Setting. (4) Open Startcenter (5) Open File Actual Results: Dialog is displayed in german. Expected Results: Dialog is displayed in english. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: Issue exists on macOS at least. LO is build with german as additional language although not selected for UI. Issue exists with "English (USA)" as locale setting too. So it probably depends on building LO with german as additional language.

Unfortunately, no repro for me either with Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: 92b0b8d78d69bd917842b09af7888b402144baeb CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 10.14.4; UI render: default; VCL: osx; Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded this is my home built master on macOS from 27/05/2019, and no specific FR lang-pack build, just default USA.
Thank you for reporting the bug. Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ? You can install it alongside the standard version. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
Issue has disappeared with build from current master.
