Description Ernst Sigl 2019-06-02 08:42:28 UTC
Description:
Installed Libreoffice 6.3 on Windows 8.1

Opened Libreoffice from Start

Program did not load and just hung.

- To get it running.

Had to open in safe mode, and in setting untick check box
Click on configure
Then tick disable hardware acceleration (Open Gll . .....)

Would be good if it was disabled on installation???? or error message telling one how to run what I did.

Thanks

Ernst

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Libreoffice safe mode
2. Click on configure
3. Then tick disable hardware acceleration (Open Gll . .....)

Could you check you got the latest graphic driver?
If it's the case, could you provide opengl_device.log (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Graphics-related_issues_.28OpenGL.29) ?
