Description:
Launching LO 6.1.x or 6.2.x (including DEV builds) fails to launch.
Splash screen shows with progress bar moving along, then disappears.
No errors or logs generated.
Running dev build with output redirected produces the following in the log file:
error: Invalid type for value




Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install LO
2. Attempt to launch


Actual Results:
Splash screen shows with progress bar moving along, then disappears.

Expected Results:
Application should start


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
