Description: My Libre Office 5.2 was working fairly well (apart from regular crashes that were always repaired quickly)until yesterday when I could not open a Word file. I tried in various ways: I did a right click and used "open with". Then I double-clicked on the file. I thought it had to do with the format .docx, but today I am unable to open any .doc document (open office document). There is no mention that Libre Office has crashed, but the fact is that it does not work. The other software like ADobe work and I can open PDF files for instance. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to open a .doc file or a .docx file: double-click or click right with "open with" and choose Libre Office 2. 3. Actual Results: It does not open. It seems to be trying to open but then the circle disappears. Expected Results: The files should open and I should be able to read them. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info:
A 5.2 build was End of Life in May 2017. Please install a current 6.2.4 or 6.3.0 build, and retest.
