Hi! I can confirm the issue on LO 6.2.

Kunbuntu 18.04 on a Dell Vostro Notebook.

Scrolling with the touchpad is almost impossible. Especially going upwards is really buggy and way to sensitive.

In all other applications the scrolling is totally fine!

I also experience this bug when scrolling via my laptop's trackpad, but not when using my USB mouse's scroll wheel.

** My System **
OS: KDE Neon 5.16 64-bit (Plasma Desktop 5.16.4, KDE Frameworks 5.60.0, Qt 5.12.3)
Linux Kernel: 5.0.0.23-generic
I am using the xorg synaptics driver for my touchpad, and I am using evdev rather than libinput, if that matters at all.

I can no longer reproduce this bug in the current version of LibreOffice (7.1.5.2). I don't use my laptop a whole lot, so I'm not sure when this bug got fixed.

I'm currently running KDE Neon 5.22 User Edition (Plasma Desktop 5.22.4, KDE Frameworks 5.84.0, Qt 5.15.3), for what it's worth.

I don't see the bug (mouse or touchpad - without touching the scrollbar) with:

Could you confirm that the bug is not still present?
