Description: Simplest example: Two Option Buttons inserted, Group Name = Group1 for both, Text=Yes for one and No for the other. Yes preset to be selected. Save document as PDF Form. Neither button is selected, neither reacts to a click in PDF viewers. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new document. View Form Controls & Form Design. 2. Insert Option Button 1, set Group Name to Group1, Default Status to Selected 3. Insert Option Button 2, set Group Name to Group1. 4. Save file as RB_Test.odt 5. Export file as PDF, General Options "Create PDF Form" only 6. Open resulting PDF file Actual Results: 1. Opened file shows Option Buttons 1 and 2 with neither selected. 2. Neither button reacts to a click. Expected Results: N/A Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: 1. Should have opened with Button 1 selected 2. Clicking either button should select that button and deselect the other.

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I reset user profile to factory settings, reopened the odt file, and exported to a PDF file, with "Create a PDF Form" checked. Same behavior as reported previously. Thanks.

I'm on LO 6.1, since "Check for Updates" tells me that I am current. Perhaps some work has been done subsequent to this release, and if so, I apologise for reporting this. I have tried the 6.1 version with a number of PDF viewers, and the results are mixed, but none worked as expected. I will try again when LO 6.4 comes into production. Thank you for your responses.
