Description:
If in Visio units (centimeters, percentage, hectares, ares) are used, the values are not displaying correctly. Also all values are without units

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file


Actual Results:
All numeric values should be equal 1. Unfortunately in most cases it is different than 1.
The units (centimeters, percentage, hectares, ares), are not displayed at all.

Expected Results:
All numeric values are equal to 1. 
The units (centimeters, percentage, hectares, ares), are displayed.


Reproducible: Always
