Both commands lists are labeled with "Functions" today making it more difficult to describe for the help, at least. After a short discussion on Telegram the proposal is to rename it to "_Available Commands" and "A_ssigned Commands".

When I needed to use this I suposed what was meant to do, but now will be clearer.
Heiko Tietze committed a patch related to this issue.
