Description:
The info bar offers users to make LO better with a button that leads to en-US webpage on LO site:
https://www.libreoffice.org/community/get-involved/?pk_campaign=hub
It should lead to the localized site, if available.
For Slovenian it should go to:
https://sl.libreoffice.org/sodelujte/pridruzite-se-nam/

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO with Slovenian UI with a document
2. Click the "Sodelujte" button in the info bar.
3.

Actual Results:
English webpage opens.

Expected Results:
Slovenian one should open.
