Description:
MS Office Word saves the serial number starting from 0, which becomes from 1 in LibreOffice.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Using Toggle Numbered List in MS Office Word to generate lists starting from 0 and save it.
2.Use LibreOffice to open the files saved by MS Office Word, and the serial number becomes from 1.


Actual Results:
    0- 0
    1- 1
    2- 2
    3- 3

Expected Results:
    0- 0
    1- 1
    2- 2
    3- 3


Reproducible: Always

The "Actual Results" and "Expected Results" look identical.
Anyway, attaching a sample document created in MS Word (not guaranteed to be available for others testing and fixing this) would be nice. Thanks!
