LibreOffice didn't offer to many templates. The reason is simple, it cost a lot of work to make good templates.

However I'd like to make Templates for LibreOffice. The idea is not that we have nice good looking templates similar to other Office Suites. I'd like to make templates as an showroom for LibreOffice.

example
=======
For Draw an Template for BPMN Drawings will be done. The template contain bpmn specific shapes and example drawings. In addition there is an link to an BPMN extension where you can get the bpmn specific shapes as gallery.
So LibO show we can do BPMN drawings and if you need them there is an extension that support you.

Templates are usually not taken for demonstration purpose. In case of BPMN it might be different but I'd still rather have this as a link in the documentation/help and store the demo presentation at the wiki or nextcloud.

As of the missing templates, we did a lot in the past:

https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Call_for_Templates

(and many more)

Which doesn't mean to stop.

Feel free to add templates but keep in mind to have a lean application. So my preference is always an extension. "Showroom" is something for the documentation, IMHO.
