Description:
LibreOffice 6.2.4. and 6.2.5 installation without problems. Trying to Start LibreOffice, starts with a blank window. After a minit schows the top line of the window: "no respons".

soffice.bin produce a CPU load of 30% continius.

Wat's rong? Wat kan I do to install the SW?
Windows Version: Windows 10, Version 1903

Actual Results:
At every start of LibreOfiice

Expected Results:
The SW does not work.

User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
The Installation program should show wat' wrong, or the startprogram shoud create an arror massage with information wat' wrong.

Only in modus save the SW is runnig.

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

if the issue still exists, start in safemode and disable OpenGL:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

First, check you got the last graphic card driver (in case LO tries to use OpenGL) then here's a link where you can keep on:
