Description:
Make bottom description area in Sidebar's Function section more high. 
Because it has description for selected function and user can't look all info about function if area size is by default
I suggest make it in two time more high by default

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Open Sidebar => Function
3. Look at bottom part of Sidebar => There is a description there, but you can't see all of it, you should move top border of description area to up to see all info

Actual Results:
We have small description area in Sidebar's Function section by default

Expected Results:
We have optimal size of description area in Sidebar's Function section

Wouldn't make it higher by default but scale with more text. For example, for Mathematical > ACOTH the word "number" at the end is cropped with ellipsis. And there are longer descriptions.

No further input, let's do it. If the description panel becomes a bit larger it gets more attention. So let's make it a bit higher by default. And the issue with strings not breaking correctly needs to be solved, of course.
