Libreoffice 6.2.5 Install Wizard error

HP 690-0010
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
8gb ram 1 TB Hdd
AMD Radeon RX 550 graphics w/ 4 gb mem
Windows 10.0.17763 build 17763 
64bit
Browser: MS Edge 44,17763,1,0 with HTML: 18.17763 (2018)

During installation the Wizard will error with corrupted cab file "Libreoffice1.cab" and the installation is terminated. 
Please see attachment for complete error.

I tried to install:
Windows x86_64
Windows x86

Installer failed for both.

Please provide the address, from where you have downloaded the file. Your browser likely has a list, where you find the address. [I normally do not use Edge, but I think it is top right in "Settings and more" (Alt-X) and there click on "Downloads" (Strg-J). The actual download address is below the file name in the list.]
I ask for the actual address, because the package might be broken on a mirror.
