Description:
Hello,

I'm having issues updating Libre Office on all my systems. In Windows 10 the build-in Updater hasn't worked for the some time, now. Yesterday I realized that the update function, using apt and snap, isn't working on my Laptop with Linux Mint 19.2 and Ubuntu 19.04 (run in an VM). The only way, that is working seems to be the manual update by downloading the package from the website or on Ubuntu using the softwarecenter and reinstall the newest version from there.

Thanks in advance

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In windows using the build in Updater. In linux I tried apt and snap for updates but neither worked.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The newest version is installed although in the Info it says that it is an older version. It were different versions so I cant reproduce which ones it were but definetly 6.0 and newer.

Expected Results:
Actually having the newest version installed or at least an failure notice.

Reproducible: Always
