Description: When using the iOS app on a 9" tablet (iPad Pro) there is more than enough screen estate to always show the application menu and the hamburger icon can be removed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the iOS app on a tablet Actual Results: The application menu is hidden and it needs to be opened through the hamburger icon.
