Description:
When inserting a table of contents (toc) in the iOS app the preview window stays empty. Instead, the toc should be shown in the preview.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a writer document in the iOS app
2. Add e.g. two~three entries which are defined as headings
3. Open the "table of contents" dialog

Actual Results:
The toc is not rendered in the preview part of the dialog.

Expected Results:
The toc should be visible in the preview part.

Reproducible: Always
