Description:
For example click `Table` in Menu, `Insert table` and choose a table with only 1 column. The right border does not appear.
Or select a cell with 4 borders, click `table properties` and in `Borders` tab is missing 1 or 2 borders. If I change again the colour of border, the colour remains the one before. 



Steps to Reproduce:
1. is in Description

Actual Results:
In `table properties` the borders is not showing likewise in document

Expected Results:
In `table properties` the borders must be the same as in the document


Reproducible: Always

Thank you for reporting the bug. This is in regard to `Insert table` and choose a table with only 1 column. The right border does not appear.

I can reproduce the error in

works form me with Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

Seems to be fixed with dev version. Please could you test it with dev version?  You can download it here: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'NEW' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
