Description:
I use convert pdf webservice on production.
Since update libreoffice 6.2 or 6.3 version I get slow performance when generate pdf documents.





Steps to Reproduce:
$ /snap/bin/libreoffice --version
LibreOffice 6.3.0.4 714e3e990d6aa57321bebab01999254e7bc38485


time /snap/bin/libreoffice --headless  --convert-to pdf:writer_pdf_Export --outdir /tmp/ mem_00000649.odt

Actual Results:
$ /snap/bin/libreoffice --version
LibreOffice 6.3.0.4 714e3e990d6aa57321bebab01999254e7bc38485


convert mem_00000649.odt -> /tmp/mem_00000649.pdf using filter : writer_pdf_Export
Overwriting: /tmp/mem_00000649.pdf

Expected Results:
$ libreoffice --version

I can confirm this with 6.3.0.  It is EXTREMELY slow when exporting certain documents to PDF and almost totally freezes the GUI environment.  It did not behave in this manner before 6.3.0 with these same documents.  I have not determined yet what about the documents is causing it to be so slow, but they do have a number of sections, graphics, tables, and frames.

Problem still exists for version 6.3.1.

I was exporting to PDF using the Archive option set to PDF/A-1b.  When set to PDF/A-2b it works fine.  So no fix needed for me.
