Description:
LibreOffice 6.3.0:
File --> Properties --> Custom Properties
In my 6.2.5 contains 3 Entries
In my 6.3.0 contains 0 Entries


Actual Results:
shown in description

Expected Results:
in 6.3.0 I cannot change any value in Custom Properties


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
