Description Claude Charest 2019-09-02 18:21:03 UTC
Description:
LibreOffice French version: 6.3.0.4 (x64)
Build ID: 057fc023c990d676a43019934386b85b21a9ee99
System: Windows-10 professionnal update 1903

I use the Windows "Snipping Tool" (old version) to make a snapshot of a slide of Impress in full windows mode. But when I try to do this, the full page slide goes off and I only take a snapshot of all my windows background with the progs already open ...

I was able to do this with the previous version of LibreOffice ...
Thanks !

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start the "Snippit tool" of windows
2.In Impress, push the F5 button
3.push the CTRL-Print Screen button and the snapshot resulted in an NON full windows of the Impress slide

Actual Results:
A snapshot off all the screen before I push the "F5" button

Expected Results:
An full screen snapshot of my slide

Reproducible: Always

One of the shapshot I created before version change

It is a 1920 X 1080 pixel JPG created with Impress view in full screen mode and captured by the Windows-10 snaptool (C:\Windows\System32\SnippingTool.exe).

I always created impress slides that I put at the start of my vacation pictures folder.

I created this picture before the new version of LibreOffice ...

Copy-Paste of a full screen slide whitout snipping tool

Today I tried something different: do not use the snippig windows tools, use only copy-paste
- Open my "2019 11 Punta Cana.odp" file (Impress)
  - Push the F5 button to get a full screen view of page 1
  - Hit the "Control-Print Screen" windows button
--> At this point I still got an full screen view of page 1
- Open Gimp 1.10.12
  - Hit "Control-V" (paste) and I got this file (Capture.jpg) !

- I hit the "CONTROL-PrintScreen" button
- On Gimp I hit the "CONTROL-V" button and save the resulting snapshot

I have installed the las version of LibreOffice and the bug is always there. On Ubuntu with an older LibreOffice, there is no bug. I started with a new Impress and add some text, Hit the "F5" button to see it on full page mode then hit the "Control-C" button to copy to the clibboard then paste it (Control-V) on Gimp and the bug is always there on Windows-10...

On hitting the "Control-C" or the "Control-PrintScreen" buttons, the full page mode instantly dissapear ! When I returned back to Impress, the next slide (page) reappears in full page mode !

with libre office 6.3.3.2 french (x64)

This morning I installed LibreOffice French 6.3.3.2 (x64).

Then I started Impress on a new page.
I wrote some text, push the "F5" button to start an full page preview then I hit the "CONTROL-PrintScreen" Windows-10 button. Now, Impress react differently: It stay in full page preview... I close the full page preview (Escape button); Switch to Gimp program already opened and hit the "control-V" (paste) button.

Look at the attachment included. The bug is still there!

You can't confirm your own bugs. Moving it back to UNCONFIRMED until someone
else confirms it.

I don't know what this snipping tool is, but if I just press PrtScn without any Ctrl, it takes the full screenshot just fine and I can paste it to Paint in Win 10.

Maybe forget about the snipping tool and be happy?
