video of the page changing size as I try to work with it

When I have a table in a LO Writer doc and I focus on the table or on the rest of the page, the page jumps around as it changes size. In some cases, this is incredibly confusing and I then can't get the context menu with a right click. See video for a simple example of what happens.

It's caused by the table menu popping up on the bottom. The menu shouldn't affect the size of the page on my screen (i.e. it should either overlay the page or the page should be small enough that it can be added without the page being resized.
