Created attachment 154271 [details] English dialog text with German LibreOffice UI The dialog that will be displayed when opening a master document, asking to get the recent data of sub document, is in English despite the UI language is different. Hi Julien, Could you please check if the strings are translated into german ?
I see these on Pootle: https://translations.documentfoundation.org/de/libo_ui/translate/#search=Would%20you%20like%20to%20change%20the%20document%2C%20and%20update%20all%20links%20to%20get%20the%20most%20recent%20data%3F&sfields=source,target https://translations.documentfoundation.org/de/libo_ui/translate/#search=contains%20one%20or%20more%20links%20to%20external%20data&sfields=source,target I must check with keyid.
Could you give minimal step by step process to reproduce this?
1) Go to https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF/current/ 2) Download the program deb and the langpack deb for your non-English language. 3) Install and open it. 4) Open a master document that contains subdocuments. 5) Question to open these subdocuments pops up according to screenshot comment 0. Tested with today's build. Ok "Business card with logo" shows the question.
KeyId shows "DirQf" but this one doesn't exist on Pootle! (I checked for German and French languages) Of course, I enabled "Comments" in Pootle. Andras/Sophie/Jean-Baptiste: any idea why this keyid isn't present in Pootle?
We are slowly migrating to Weblate (weblate.documentfoundation.org) and master is on Weblate currently. I was able to find the string in master: https://vm137.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-master/sfx2messages/fr/?checksum=e0e8fca6381bdb3 As you can see in French it's not translated, maybe the dialog has been changed or the string moved or modified and translation is not yet integrated.

Ok I understand better. I just subscribed to weblate. Can I send directly translations (like in Pootle because Andras had put me admin quite some time ago) or just propose some suggestions? Also, how to search keyId like "DirQf"? Indeed, I checked "context string" in addition to the first two ones and put DirQf in Request. In search type "whole text". After quite a while, nothing found.

You should have the same rights than in Pootle, Cloph has replicated the same credentials in Weblate > > Also, how to search keyId like "DirQf"? > Indeed, I checked "context string" in addition to the first two ones and put > DirQf in Request. You should only check "Comment strings" and select the languages of your choice, it's a bit slow, but it should return the source string.

It worked, thank you! I made a suggestion for French translation of this key. Indeed, it's a bit long to submit it but perhaps it's just because we're test phase for the moment.
