Description:
Using the browser on an iPad running iOS 12 I miss the paragraph style selection in the writer component. It's not possible to change a text paragraph to e.g. "Heading 1".

On a normal "desktop" browser there is a select box in the menu right next to the font selection.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an ODF document in LibreOffice Online (or Collabora Online) using the stock browser on an iPad on iOS 12
2. Try to change a paragraph to be a "Heading 1"

Actual Results:
It's not possible to do so.

Expected Results:
The "paragraph style"-selection should either be available as a select box next to the "font style"-selection or the sidebar should be available in online as well.
