After having selected text by doubleclick/mouse/keyboard the mouse pointer does not change from cursor to an arrow/hand if moved over the selected text. That means that there is no visual feedback that the selection is ready for drag and drop.

This is an ages-old embarassing deficiency that can be seen in Windows- and Linux-versions of OO and LO.

It's imo overdue to finally straighten this out.
