Description: Writer starts to use ~1.5GB memory and one core when some `fodf` file is opened (like `readlicense_oo/license/CREDITS.fodf` in LibreOffice core code). Further, two different menu is visible on libreoffice window. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Writer. 2. Open readlicense_oo/license/CREDITS.fodf in LibreOffice core code. Actual Results: Writer will start to use high memory and CPU even if left ideal. Expected Results: Writer should not use CPU heavily if left ideal and memory usage should be reasonable. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Good. Closing as RESOLVED WONTFIX
I have one observation to note. This behaviour start only when development version of libreoffice writer is opened and closed before opening writer 6.3.2.
