Description: With version 6.3.x(Win 64), open a document and click into Navigator-->Content Navigator View,than click the content of document. At the moment, the focus is on document, but not on sidebar. Than the Content Navigator View in sidebar begins to flicker--it just like refresh at some frequency. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a document. 2.In sidebar, click Navigator tab, than click Content Navigator View button. 3.click document. Actual Results: The Content Navigator View begins to flicker, it is distractive. Expected Results: The Content Navigator View should be quiet, not flicker.
