It would be nice to replicate MS Word's SharePoint integration and easy revision comparison of the latest version of a document in a SharePoint Library with an older revision of that document.

Clearly out of scope, that level of "integration" would require excessive dev effort with native MS libs. 

Not reasonable to even consider this when we still have OneDrive/SharePoint CMIS connection issues of bug 62437

Not cross-platform, proprietary software, unclear use case. Agree with WF but it's not really a question for UX.

This is perfectly in scope. Despite being filed against SharePoint, the point here is implementing *Versioning* part of *WebDAV* specification, and having ability to compare different versions of the same versioned resource.

It isn't likely to be implemented soon, however. Yet, as usual, I'm definitely against closing "unlikely-to-happen-soon" issues as WONTFIX, they won't by miracle become resolved or irrelevant by that.
